Fedhealth Regulation
The Council for Medical Schemes regulates Fedhealth Medical Scheme. The Council governs South Africa’s medical plan business for Medical Schemes (CMS), a regulating body set up under the Medical Schemes Act, No. 131 of 1998 (the Act). The CMS is responsible for a range of tasks related to the oversight of medical insurance plans, such as:

- 💙 Examining and authorizing proposed price hikes for medical plans.

MyFED
